Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Custom and personalised items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
