About Pupa Gallery
 
Pupa Gallery provides handmade, personalised, made-to-order and ready-made gifts, decorations and other products through our website.
These terms apply to purchases made through the Pupa Gallery website and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Refund Policy.
 
Products
 
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately.
As many of our products are handmade or made to order, slight variations in colour, finish, positioning, size or appearance may occur. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. These reasonable variations are part of the nature of handmade products and do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described.
 
Personalised Orders
 
Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation information before submitting an order, including names, dates, spellings, wording, colours and other requested details. We will produce personalised items using the information provided with your order.
If we make an error when producing your personalised item, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.
 
Orders
 
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we are unable to fulfil the requested personalisation. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
 
Prices & Payment
 
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed when you place your order, except where there is an obvious pricing error. Payment must be successfully authorised using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
 
Discount Codes & Promotions
 
Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values or product exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to completed orders.
 
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
 
Processing times, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered separately in our Shipping & Refund Policy.
Personalised and custom-made products are subject to different change-of-mind cancellation and return rules from standard non-personalised products. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
 
Intellectual Property
 
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Pupa Gallery website, including our original product photographs, graphics, text, branding and original designs, belongs to Pupa Gallery or is used with appropriate permission.
Our content must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, use it for unlawful purposes or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems.
