Shipping & Dispatch Policy

We aim to dispatch our products within 4-5 business days of your purchase. This does not include shipping times. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, as our products are made to order.

Delivery Provider (UK Orders Only)

We use Royal Mail for all our orders. You can choose between:
• Royal Mail 48 Hours – £4.00 (Typically arrives in 2 business days)
• Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For – £6.20 (Typically arrives in 1-2 business days)

Returns & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds or Discounts

In certain cases, a partial refund or discount may be offered instead of a full refund:
• If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts (not due to our error).
• If the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchanges & Return Shipping Costs

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at pupagallery@yahoo.com before returning it.

Return Shipping Costs
• If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• If your item was received damaged or defective, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement or cover the return postage costs.
